Please complete the following form to apply to be a Volunteer. This event couldn’t happen if we didn’t have a strong volunteer base. Volunteers are working year round to build this event and we are so grateful that this event is supported by its community. There are several volunteer opportunities so please let us know what you would be interested in doing (even if it’s not already listed).
- Setup (Sat Morning/Early Afternoon) – Help prepare the site for the event and facilitate build out for different organizations and participants
- During the event – Help maintain the event and ensure things are running smooth. Check in with organizers, vendors, demoers, etc.
- Teardown (Sunday Evening) – Help participants get packed up and out of the event space. Clean up event space and organize equipment for storage
- Overnight – Security to make sure no one is in the event space that shouldn’t be there and mitigate overnight risks
- Social Media and Graphic Design – Help post things on our social media accounts and respond to inquiries and/or work on creating images to help promote our event.
- Other – Is there a skill you’d like to offer or just your time to help things along? Let us know!
