About the Event:
- This event is organized and produced by community volunteers. We do not have any full time employees so please be patient with our communication. We will do our best to get back to you in a timely manner.
- The event venue is a bar so all attendees or participants must be 21+ years of age.
- Firearms, weapons, and illegal drugs are prohibited and grounds for immediate removal.
- Attendees will not hold RMLA, its Board of Directors, volunteers, and partners liable for damages to person or property at the event.
- The actions and statements of volunteers are their own and do not represent RMLA.
- RMLA has the right to refuse admittance to anyone and to remove anyone after admittance for any reason.
- Proper “cover up” attire is required as prescribed by Colorado law in and around the event space
- We do not condone predatory behavior, abuse or intimidation. NO MEANS NO. Everyone attending has both the right and the responsibility to stop any unwanted behavior directed at them from others.
- Disrespect of the rights of other attendees will not be tolerated. People who are deemed a safety problem by RMLA management may be removed from the event.
- RMLA, its employees, contractors, and volunteers are not financially responsible for loss, theft, or damage to your property on site or during transit.
- WEATHER WARNING: It is tradition that we have inclement weather during the event, including, but not limited to, strong winds, wind gusts, rain, lightning, and direct sun. Please plan accordingly and prepare any extra precautions if you plan to occupy reserved space.
Harassment:
- RMLA strives to provide a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of age, race, gender, gender identity & expression, sexual orientation, disability, appearance, personal beliefs, fetish interests, or religion. The policy applies to everyone in attendance including: staff, volunteers, vendors, sponsors, demoers, and board members. All attendees acknowledge that they are attending a sex-positive event.
- Harassment includes, but is not limited to:
- Discrimination, unfair treatment based on age, race, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, personal beliefs, fetish interests, or religion
- Unwanted physical contact of any kind
- Unwelcome sexual attention
- Harassing photography or video recording
- Deliberate intimidation, threats, stalking, or following
- When a participant is asked to stop harassing behavior, they are expected to comply immediately. NO MEANS NO – if you are asked by another individual to leave them alone then you must respect their wishes.
- Individuals experiencing harassment or having a conflict with another attendee should cease further interaction and contact any Working Volunteer so they can speak with Staff immediately.
Vendor Terms & Conditions:
- Submitting a vendor application does not guarantee acceptance of participation
- Once the application is reviewed, a confirmation email will be provided to either affirm or reject the application
- Payment amount and payment method options will be provided to accepted vendors
- Refund requests must be made by email to backalley@rockymountainleather.org
- 2 months before the event start date a 100% refund will be available
- 1 month before the event start date a 50% refund will be available
- Less than 1 month before the event start date refunds will no longer be available
- Vendors are responsible for payment of all state sales taxes.
- By completing a BAD Vendor Application form, I certify that my business, employees and helpers will abide by all of the rules and regulations imposed by the event venue, local fire officials and law enforcement agencies, and those imposed by RMLA for all attendees.
- Violation of any of the rules established by RMLA may be grounds for removal from the event without any reimbursement of fees paid.
- All vendors must have proof of event liability insurance.
- Shipping and vendor insurance is strongly recommended.
- We will provide limited security during the event and overnight, so please be sure to keep an eye on your items and provide your own extra security where you see fit
- Load in/Load out details will be provided closer to the event
- All vendor spaces are outdoor so you will need to bring your own canopy to protect your space. Limited tables, chairs, and electricity is available upon request.
Sponsorship Terms & Conditions::

- Payment amount and payment method options will be provided to accepted sponsors
- Refund requests must be made by email to backalley@rockymountainleather.org
- 2 months before the event start date a 100% refund will be available
- 1 month before the event start date a 50% refund will be available
- No refunds will be available if there is less than 1 month before the event
REPORTING
If you are subject to unacceptable behavior, notice that someone else is being subject to unacceptable behavior, notify a working RMLA Volunteer or submit an INCIDENT REPORT to backalley@rockymountainleather.org as soon as possible. All reports will remain confidential.
